The Seminar was chaired by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Bien, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Industry and Trade, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh, Vice Director of Economic Committee of the National Assembly, Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Executive Vice President of Vietnam Youth Federation and leaders of VYEA. The success of the seminar was the attendance of leading economic experts at present such as Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tuan, team leader of the task force of administrative reform of the Government Office, Mr. Pham Bich San, Deputy Secretary General of Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Association, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Cung, Vice Director of Central Institute for economic management.     

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Cung presented at the seminar a speech on the subject “Administrative reform: Key factor promotes the development of private economy”, addressing reasons to hold back the development of the economy, especially private economy and emphasized that administrative reform is the breakthrough priority for the current situation. Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh and Mr. Pham Bich San also made a speech on this issue and gave solutions to reduce administrative procedures. Besides, enterprises showed their interests and proposed ideas, solutions on their point of view and industries to create a more favorable business environment. Representative from Vietnam Government Office, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tuan expressed his appreciation on ideas of experts and enterprises and promised that the Government Office would certainly acts on the ideas raised in the seminar.
